First time in Istanbul?
Welcome to Turkey! It is an honor to be facilitating your visit. We are more than happy to assist with hotel registration and transfers if applicable, even if you do not meet the minimum requirements, to ensure your experience is nothing short of wonderful.

How does the transfers work?
Schedule Validity: The shuttle operates daily from August 18–30.
Hotel ↔ Airport Transfers: Operate strictly according to the schedule provided in the table. No transfers are available outside these times.
Meeting Points at Airports:
- Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): Gate 22
- Istanbul Airport (IST): -2 B Gate
Hotel ↔ IFC Transfers: The hotel is only a 4-minute walk from Istanbul Fashion Center, so a transfer is not necessary.
Transfers from Private Hotels:
- Requests must be made at least one day in advance.
- Availability is subject to confirmation.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your hotel name and number of passengers.
Transfer Type: This is a shared shuttle service, not a private car.
Shuttle Identification:
- The driver’s details will be shared after registration.
- Look for the designated shuttle with the provided vehicle details.
Waiting Time: Vehicles will not wait longer than 15 minutes. Be on time.
Luggage Policy: Passengers must handle their own luggage. Space is limited.
Flight Delays: Alternative arrangements cannot be guaranteed in case of delays.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled transfer, you must arrange your own transportation.
Emergency Contact: Ensure your phone is reachable upon landing. If not, we will be at the designated location at the scheduled time.

I am worried about the purchase limit.
For every participant who filled out the form, with or without a package, we are happy to assist with hotel reservations at our special IFC rates. If you meet the required threshold, we will cover the hotel cost; otherwise, you will be responsible for payment at the end of your stay. Read more about it in the Terms and Conditions.
I already have my accommodation/ transfer set up. Should I still fill out the form?
Yes! Even if you have arranged one, you may still need assistance with the other. Fill out the form, and we will check availability. Even if both are set up, we can still assist with transfers to IFC or help you make use of the package perks.
Will I find what I'm looking for?
At IFC, we have over 100,000 items in stock, with 300 new additions every week from 200 premium factories. While we are confident in our wide selection, we recommend checking our website to explore our extensive product categories.
Can I change my package based on the order I place when I arrive?
Even if you are required to choose a package in advance, you will still receive the benefits of other packages based on your purchase.
What if I want to extend my stay at the hotel?
You’re welcome to extend your stay at the hotel beyond the complimentary nights. Additional nights will be at your own expense, but as an Istanbul Fashion Shopping Week guest, you’ll receive a special discounted rate exclusively arranged by IFC.
Catering
Enjoy complimentary daily lunch and refreshments at the venue. Registered buyers can indulge in a curated selection of Turkish home-baked goods, fresh pastries, and light bites — perfect for relaxing and networking throughout the day. VIP guests may also access dedicated catering areas for an elevated experience.
Product Images
Receive high-quality 4K images of the products you purchase — ideal for catalogs, websites, and social media.
Custom Mini Fashion Show
Your selected items will be professionally styled and showcased in a dedicated mini fashion show. A model will wear the pieces you've purchased during the event, with a full presentation designed to highlight your brand’s aesthetic. The show setup includes elegant staging, lighting, and brand signage to ensure your products are captured in their best form.
Membership Card
This card gives you access to VIP privileges during the event and can be used for future benefits at IFC.
Custom Branding
Receive a special service where your selected products are enhanced with your own branding — including custom tags, labels, and packaging elements. This branding is applied directly to your purchases, giving them a polished, retail-ready finish that reflects your store’s identity. As a registered buyer, you’ll access this service at an exclusive rate, allowing you to elevate your presentation without the usual cost or hassle.
Virtual Showroom Access
If you can’t attend in person, you won’t miss out. Our virtual showroom experience allows you to explore the event remotely via live video calls with our team.
